Legal Disclaimer

Last updated: November 5, 2026 · Effective: November 5, 2026

How to read the content of the Abdabis website: general information only, forward-looking statements, illustrative demonstrations and figures, and no professional advice.

This Legal Disclaimer applies to abdabis.com, www.abdabis.com and any subdomain of abdabis.com that links to it (the "Site"), operated by Abdabis LLC ("Abdabis," "we," "us," or "our"). It forms part of our Terms of Use.

1. General information only

The content of the Site, including the Abdabis manifesto, is provided for general information purposes only. It describes who we are, what we believe, how we approach engineering and artificial intelligence, and where we are heading. While we work to keep it accurate and current, we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability or suitability of any content, and it may change without notice.

2. No offer, commitment or guarantee

Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, a solicitation, a commitment to provide any service, a quotation or a guarantee of any result. Our services are provided only under a written agreement signed by Abdabis, which alone sets out the scope, deliverables, service levels, warranties, fees and other terms of an engagement. Any description on the Site of a capability, method, technology, discipline, practice, team, project type or outcome is general in nature and is not a representation that we will use it, or achieve it, in any particular engagement.

3. Forward-looking statements and vision

Much of the Site describes our values, our vision, our research interests and our hopes for the future, including in areas such as artificial general intelligence, quantum computing, neurotechnology, biotechnology, space technology and regenerative infrastructure. These statements are forward-looking and aspirational. They reflect our intentions and beliefs at the time of writing; they are not statements of present fact, they are not a description of products or services that are currently available, and they involve risks and uncertainties that could cause actual developments to differ materially. Words such as "will," "aim," "vision," "dream," "plan," "research," "prepare," "future" and similar expressions identify forward-looking statements. We undertake no obligation to update them.

4. Figures, examples and experience

Any figures, percentages, ranges or examples on the Site (for example, an "up to" reduction in resource waste) describe outcomes that can be achieved in particular circumstances. They are illustrative, depend on the specific context, data, scope and implementation, and are not a promise or prediction of the results you will obtain. References to the experience of members of our team, to the number or nature of projects delivered, or to sectors served are summaries; details are available on request and are subject to confidentiality obligations we owe to clients and former employers.

5. Demonstrations, simulations and code

The Site includes interactive animations, a simulated software system, a terminal display and a small text-classification model that runs in your browser. These are illustrations:

  • the simulated system is generated by a program for demonstration purposes and does not depict any real client system or real event;
  • code shown on the Site is simplified for explanation and is not production code; and
  • the text classifier's suggestions are automated, may be wrong, and are used only to help route messages to the right people.

None of these features should be relied on for any decision.

6. No professional advice

Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, medical, engineering, cybersecurity or other professional advice, and no professional-client relationship is created by your use of the Site or by contacting us. You should obtain advice from a qualified professional before acting on any information. Nothing on the Site is an offer of securities or an invitation to invest in Abdabis.

7. Artificial intelligence

Where the Site discusses artificial intelligence, autonomy or machine learning, it describes principles and approaches. AI systems can make mistakes, reflect biases in their data and behave unexpectedly. Our commitment to human oversight, transparency and fairness describes how we aim to design systems; the specific safeguards that apply to any system we build are defined in the relevant written agreement.

The Site may link to third-party websites or mention third-party technologies, products, standards and organizations. These references are for information only. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and a reference does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or affiliation. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abdabis will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content. The disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability in Sections 13 and 14 of our Terms of Use apply to this Disclaimer.

10. Contact

If you believe any content on the Site is inaccurate, please tell us at info@abdabis.com so that we can review it.
